• 5th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo under 9th Degree Black Belt Grand Master G.K. Lee.

• Other area's of training include: Krav Maga, Kali, Hapkido and Judo.

• 28 + years of training experience.

• 20 years of Instructor experience.

• Certified Instructor in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Alliance Jiu jitsu. Certified Instructor in Taekwondo.

• Military Service - Former US Army and Currently actively serving in the US Coast Guard Aux.
